Results achieved through our coaching services are highly individual and depend on multiple factors, including but not limited to personal effort, consistency, adherence to recommendations, lifestyle, and individual starting conditions. Signing up for our services alone does not guarantee any specific result. Progress requires active participation and personal responsibility. No guarantees, promises, or warranties are made regarding outcomes.

We do not guarantee results of any kind, and no outcome should be assumed solely based on participation in our programs.

No Refund Policy All payments made for coaching services, programs, plans, or digital content are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including but not limited to lack of results, dissatisfaction, change of circumstances, or early termination by the client.

By purchasing our services, the client expressly waives any right to a refund, chargeback, or cancellation, except where explicitly required by applicable law.

The client acknowledges that services begin immediately upon purchase or onboarding and therefore agrees that the right of withdrawal is excluded to the maximum extent permitted by law.

All content, plans, and materials remain the intellectual property of the company.

Liability is limited to gross negligence and willful misconduct to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the competent courts of Wyoming.
